Bootscharter in Kuba · Lagoon 440 in Cienfuegos / Marlin Marina Cienfuegos — “Victoria” — (2007)

From Cienfuegos, Victoria opens a week of bareboat sailing through Cuba's sheltered bays, remote cays, and crystalline anchorages that deep-keeled yachts simply cannot reach. This 2007 Lagoon 440 sits low in the water on two hulls, giving you the shallow draft to explore skinny waters and the stability to rest comfortably when you drop anchor in a breezy overnight spot. Inside, Victoria sleeps 10 guests across six cabins, each with its own head and shower among four full bathrooms. That separation of space means families and friend groups avoid the morning rush and keep private cabins private. The broad deck beams typical of the 440 give you real room to move: twin trampolines stretching between the hulls, a wide foredeck for sunbathing or forward observations, a working cockpit with good helm sightlines, and a sheltered saloon for meals and navigation planning. The galley runs efficiently, making meal prep straightforward even after a long sailing day. Twin Yammer engines and a full sail plan let you motor through flat-calms or sail hard on the trades, depending on conditions and mood. Whether you're chasing dive sites around the archipelago, anchoring off quiet beach villages, or simply settling into a protected cay for the afternoon, Victoria's dual-hull design handles it all with the kind of rock-solid steadiness that makes bareboat chartering—especially for larger groups—genuinely manageable.
