Boat charter in Türkiye · Lagoon 40 in Fethiye / Ece Marina — “Sail Castor” — (2021)

Fethiye's turquoise anchorages and protected bays reward bareboat sailors with a catamaran that can truly get you there. Sail Castor, a 2021 Lagoon 40, draws its advantage from twin hulls that sit shallow in the water—ideal for threading between the pine-clad islands and white-sand beaches that define this corner of Turkey's Aegean. At anchor, those hulls mean you'll barely swing, even in a breeze, so the boat feels planted while you're swimming, cooking, or simply watching the light change across the water. Below deck, six separate cabins sleep ten people, each with its own purpose: larger owner's quarters, spacious guest cabins, and cosy sleeping berths so no one feels cramped on a week's passage. Four bathrooms distributed throughout mean no queuing in the morning. The saloon opens to the galley, a practical arrangement for meals and gathering, while the cockpit gives helm and passengers equal room to move. Forward, the broad trampolines stretch across the bows—a rare luxury on a cruising catamaran, perfect for sunbathing, afternoon naps, or watching dolphins breach in the distance. From Ece Marina in Fethiye, you're positioned perfectly to explore: paddle to Ölüdeniz's lagoon, anchor off the Twelve Islands, or thread south toward Dalyan and beyond. The beam of the Lagoon 40 creates genuine outdoor living space; you won't feel trapped aboard. This is straightforward bareboat sailing, built for comfort and access to places smaller yachts simply cannot reach.
