Boat charter in Türkiye · Excess 11 in Fethiye / Ece Marina — “Whispering Breeze” — (2021)

Fethiye's sheltered anchorages and island-hopping routes make it the ideal launchpad for Whispering Breeze, a 2021 Excess 11 that combines the stability of twin hulls with the nimbleness needed to slip into shallow bays where monohulls cannot follow. At 1.2 meters draft, this catamaran reaches beaches and hidden coves throughout the Turkish Riviera and beyond—anchoring securely where deeper-keeled boats would struggle. Living aboard works differently on a cat. Your group of up to 10 spreads across four cabins and two bathrooms, avoiding the cramped quarters of smaller single-hulled vessels. Below deck, the saloon opens across both hulls, with large windows framing views of the sea. The cockpit provides a social hub for watches and meals, while the twin trampolines between the bows give everyone a weightless perch above the water. The wide foredeck, held aloft by the boat's 6.4-meter beam, becomes your gathering space—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks while at anchor. Two hulls mean stability that monohulls envy. At rest, Whispering Breeze sits level and steady, transforming your anchorage into a platform rather than a rocking cradle. Under sail or power, the wide stance minimizes rolling and heeling, keeping movement controlled and fatigue low over a week's voyage. From Fethiye, you navigate eastward toward Greek waters or southward into sheltered Turkish coves—all accessible because shallow draft and stable platform go hand in hand.
