Boat charter in Türkiye · Bali Catsmart in Fethiye / Ece Marina — “Sail Dorado” — (2024)

Fethiye's position on Turkey's southwestern coast—ringed by pine-forested hills and dotted with Greek islands—makes it a natural hub for week-long exploration. Sail Dorado, a brand-new 2024 Bali Catsmart, launches from Ece Marina ready to carry eight guests across shallow turquoise bays, into narrow channels, and up to remote anchorages that single-hulled boats cannot reach. Living aboard this 11.78-meter catamaran feels unhurried and social. Five cabins and two bathrooms mean families and friends spread across the boat without crowding; the main saloon and open cockpit extend that sense of space naturally. The wide trampolines strung between the hulls become your first gathering place at dawn, while the foredeck offers quiet perch for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Those twin hulls are not decoration. They keep you stable at anchor in shifting winds—important when you're tucked into a bay for a long lunch—and their shallow 1.2-meter draft opens anchorages that deeper boats simply cannot access. The beam of 6.25 meters means the interior catches light and air throughout, reducing that trapped-at-sea feeling and making even overnight passages comfortable. A week based from Fethiye can take you north toward Göcek's pine forests and Mediterranean island chains, or south toward sheltered bays punctuated with ancient ruins and village waterfront dinners. The boat responds to both ambitious sailing days and leisurely cruising.
