Bootscharter in Bahamas · Leopard 50 in New Providence / Nassau / Palm Cay One Marina — “Moorings 5000 Crewed” — (2022)

Nassau's steady trade winds and protected waters make the Bahamas ideal for groups who want genuine sailing without rough conditions. Moorings 5000 Crewed, a 2022 Leopard 50, sits ready at Palm Cay One Marina to deliver exactly that: eight guests get six private cabins and five bathrooms spread across two hulls, meaning no cabin-sharing frustrations and no queuing for the shower. The layout separates owners' suites from guest berths, giving families or co-hosting couples genuine retreat space after days together. The catamaran's twin hulls keep the boat level at anchor—critical when you're relaxed with a book or anchored overnight—and they draft shallow enough to reach the shallow bays and white-sand spits where monohulls cannot go. The saloon sits high between the hulls, offering 360-degree views and a natural gathering space for meals and conversation. The cockpit spreads wide and clear, the trampolines stretch across the bow for swimming and sunbathing, and the foredeck stays manageable even in a breeze. With a professional crew handling sail trim, navigation, and all provisioning, you focus on the sailing rhythm: daylong runs between islands, morning swims, fresh catches prepared for dinner. From Nassau you reach the Exuma Cays, the Berry Islands, and countless anchorages where the water sits calm and crystalline. A week aboard Moorings 5000 Crewed opens that entire seascape to your group.
