Bootscharter in Guadeloupe · Lagoon 42 in Guadeloupe / Pointe-à-Pitre / Marina Bas-du-Fort — “Copernicus II (PTP)” — (2024)

Copernicus II (PTP) sits at Marina Bas-du-Fort in Pointe-à-Pitre, a strategic base for exploring Guadeloupe's archipelago—the Saintes, Marie-Galante, Dominica, and the anchorages dotting the Îles de la Petite Terre are all within easy reach. As a 2024 Lagoon 42, this brand-new catamaran brings twelve guests together across four cabins and four bathrooms, with a practical layout that balances privacy and shared space. The main saloon opens onto a generous cockpit with shade; forward, the wide trampolines and foredeck offer uncluttered space to relax or watch for dolphins and reef life as you approach each new anchorage. Two hulls give you what monohulls cannot: rock-solid stability when you're anchored off a beach, shallow draft of just 1.25 meters to reach bays and sandy spots where bigger boats stay out, and generous interior beam that spreads four cabins and four heads throughout the boat without cramping anyone. The saloon flows into the cockpit naturally, making it simple for your group to gather or disperse as the mood suits over a week's sailing. Bareboat freedom here means you choose the pace—downwind cruising under full canvas, island-hopping with leisurely days at anchor, or exploring sheltered passages where you might spot green flash sunsets. Copernicus II (PTP) gives you a modern, stable platform to do it your way.
