Bootscharter in Griechenland · Lagoon 380 S2 in Kos / Marina Kos — “Erica” — (2014)

Erica sits at Marina Kos, ready to unlock a week of island hopping across the Dodecanese and into sheltered anchorages that reward shallow-draft vessels. At 11.55 metres, this 2014 Lagoon 380 S2 sleeps ten guests across six cabins with two bathrooms—enough space for a family or two couples to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped. The dual-hull design is what makes catamaran cruising different. Erica's wide beam keeps her stable at anchor, so you're not rolling with every swell. That shallow draft of 1.25 metres opens access to sandy bays and rocky coves where deeper monohulls cannot go. Below decks, the saloon flows naturally between galley and dining space, with cabin doorways positioned to give each guest privacy. Two separate heads mean less queuing during morning routines. On deck, the trampolines between hulls offer a space to read or watch the water, while the forward areas and cockpit provide room for the whole group to move without crowding. As a bareboat charter, Erica demands an experienced skipper at the helm, but rewards that skill with reliable Yanmar engines and modern furling sails that simplify handling. A week from Kos can take you south to Symi or Tilos, west to the less-visited Dodecanese bays, or east towards Rhodes—each day offering new anchorages and the comfort of returning to a spacious, stable platform after exploring ashore.
