Bootscharter in Guadeloupe · Lagoon 380 in Guadeloupe / Pointe-à-Pitre / Marina Bas-du-Fort — “Arcane” — (2016)

From Marina Bas-du-Fort, Arcane launches you into Guadeloupe's archipelago with the practical advantages that make catamaran sailing different. Six cabins and two bathrooms spread across two hulls mean ten guests can genuinely relax—no fighting over space, no tight quarters. The saloon sits high and open between the hulls, flooded with light, while the galley keeps the cook comfortable during provisioning and meal prep. The wide cockpit offers shade and unobstructed views; the trampoline netting spans the bow, a place to stretch out while the islands appear on the horizon. Two hulls change everything about how you anchor and explore. Arcane's shallow 1.2-meter draft opens skinny channels and sandy bays that deep-keeled boats cannot reach. The stability at anchor means less swinging, easier swimming, better sleep. No rolling in the swell. The beam creates living space that feels effortless rather than cramped, whether you're dining below or lounging topside between swims. This 2016 Lagoon 380 has the engine power and tankage for proper cruising. A week based here lets you sail north toward Les Saintes, west to Marie-Galante, or island-hop through the outer islands. The boat moves easily, handles well under sail or motor, and gives a group or extended family genuine comfort for days at sea. You get freedom without sacrifice.
