Bootscharter in St. Martin · Aura 51 in Saint Martin / Sandy Ground / Rue de Sandy Ground — “Beyond” — (2022)

Sandy Ground's sheltered anchorage and easy access to the Windward Islands make Saint Martin an ideal home base for Beyond, a 2022 Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 built to handle both social cruising and serious exploration. The twin-hull design of this 15.54-metre catamaran gives you genuine advantages: a shallow draft that reaches the sand flats and beach anchorages other yachts cannot access, remarkable stability whether at rest or underway, and the wide beam that separates a catamaran's spacious deck from a monohull's cramped quarters. Life aboard Beyond works well for groups and families. Five ensuite cabins and six bathrooms mean no waiting and genuine privacy for seven guests across a week or longer. The main saloon spans both hulls, creating an open, light-filled gathering space that feels generous without being cavernous. On deck, the twin trampolines strung between the hulls are perfect for reading or simply watching the water, while the foredeck offers a commanding view of anchorages ahead. The cockpit is positioned for easy sailing and entertaining, shaded when needed and open to the breeze. From Sandy Ground, you have the Windward Islands within easy reach: Anguilla's calm bays, the trendy beaches and restaurants of Saint Barts, Nevis and Saint Kitts to the south, and the lush anchorages farther downwind. A week allows time to explore properly—not rushing between ports but lingering in places worth staying. Beyond's crewed charter means you can focus on the sailing, the swimming, and the company, while the boat handles the practicalities.
