Bootscharter in St. Martin · Leopard 50 in Saint Martin / Marigot / Marina Fort Louis — “Moorings 5000-6 Exclusive” — (2023)

From Marigot's well-sheltered Marina Fort Louis, the Moorings 5000-6 Exclusive launches you straight into the Leeward Islands' most rewarding cruising waters. This 2023 Leopard 50 catamaran is built to handle a group comfortably—six private cabins sleep 12 guests across 15.4 metres of hull. Onboard, the layout works hard for socializing: the central saloon flows naturally between the galley and dual helm stations, while the cockpit and twin trampolines forward offer continuous gathering space for groups to spread out without anyone feeling crowded. Two hulls give you the freedom that Saint Martin's geography demands. The catamaran's shallow draft—a direct advantage of its twin-hull design—lets you nudge into sandy bays and reef-protected anchorages where monohulls cannot venture. At anchor, the wide beam keeps everything stable and level, so your living space stays comfortable even when the wind picks up. Below deck, five full bathrooms mean schedules stay relaxed; the forward trampoline becomes the social hub when the sun is out. A week from Marigot opens the Northern Leewards to bareboat crews: sail down to Anguilla's pristine flats, across to Saint-Barthélemy's tucked-away anchorages, or work the Grenadines further south. The Moorings 5000-6 Exclusive delivers enough cabin comfort and onboard space that larger groups and families can stay together without tension, making it the practical choice for anyone chartering with more than a few guests.
