Boat charter in Dodecanese · Lagoon 42 in Rhodes New Marina — “Aenaos” — (2020)

Aenaos awaits at Rhodes New Marina, positioning you perfectly for a week exploring the Dodecanese. This 2020 Lagoon 42 sleeps 12 across six cabins, each with its own ensuite or shared bathroom access—four bathrooms mean your group operates without conflict. The main saloon spans the boat's full width, a 8.34-meter advantage that keeps the interior airy and the boat stable even when anchored. Step outside to a generous cockpit and trampolines that stretch between the hulls, natural gathering spaces where you'll spend most daylight hours. Living aboard a catamaran means shallow draft and minimal heel. You'll anchor confidently in bays and approach beaches that monohulls cannot reach, opening the Aegean's protected corners to your group. The two hulls work harder when the wind picks up too, keeping the boat level and comfortable rather than tilted and tiring. Below, the galley and navigation station sit where they belong—central, practical, and close to cockpit life. From Rhodes, the sailing is straightforward. Protected waters surround you for the first days, then longer passages thread between historic islands and unknown anchorages. Bareboat charterers find the Lagoon 42 forgiving: the furling sails and dual engines handle the work, and the design rewards confident seamanship. Twelve people sharing one boat need space and independence; Aenaos delivers both.
