Boat charter in Marmaris / Fethiye / Gocek · Lagoon 42 in Marmaris Yacht Marina — “Bige” — (2017)

Moored at Marmaris Yacht Marina, Bige offers a rare chance to explore Turkey's Turquoise Coast aboard a well-appointed Lagoon 42. Ten guests spread across five cabins make this catamaran equally suited to multi-family groups or friends seeking a shared adventure, with four bathrooms ensuring mornings run smoothly. The flexible layout fits everyone's needs: a master suite forward, additional cabins throughout both hulls, and common areas that breathe with light and air. Life aboard centers on connection. The saloon flows naturally onto the cockpit, where helm and crew control the boat's movements while guests relax under canvas. Twin trampolines suspended between the hulls invite afternoon lounging, while the sheltered foredeck becomes a prime spot for sunrise coffee or evening sundowners. These outdoor spaces transform daily routines into part of the sailing itself. Bige's catamaran design delivers practical advantages that open up a week's cruising. Two hulls create inherent stability at anchor, so you'll rest calmly in bays without the rolling motion of monohulls. The shallow draft—a defining benefit of this design—lets you approach beaches and hidden coves other boats cannot reach, making each day's destination a genuine exploration rather than a planned waypoint. From Marmaris, a week of bareboat cruising gives you access to pine-fringed anchorages, coastal villages, and protected waters where the catamaran's twin engines and manageable sail plan make handling straightforward. This is freedom with comfort built in.
