Boat charter in Italy · Lagoon 42 in Sicily / Furnari / Marina Portorosa — “Greta - Comfort line” — (2024)

Based at Marina Portorosa in Furnari, Greta - Comfort line sits perfectly positioned to explore Sicily's northern coast and the Tyrrhenian Sea beyond. This 2024 Lagoon 42 catamaran carries twelve guests across four cabins with four bathrooms—enough separation and privacy that families or groups feel at ease rather than squeezed. The twin hulls create a platform that holds steady at anchor, sits shallow enough to nose into bays and beaches monohulls avoid, and leaves room to spread out across the saloon, cockpit and twin trampolines without anyone feeling confined. Living aboard means four private cabins with modern fittings, each with direct access to a dedicated or shared bathroom. The saloon flows naturally into the cockpit, creating one long space for cooking, dining and socialising—daylight pours through large windows and skylights. The foredeck nets invite you to sprawl forward with a book or gather for sunrise. The trampolines bridge the gap between the two hulls, offering the kind of open-air lounging that makes days at anchor feel unhurried. A week's bareboat cruise from Furnari opens the Aeolian Islands, the Tyrrhenian coastline and countless anchorages unreachable by draft-heavy boats. You have the space to host friends or family properly, the stability to relax rather than brace yourself, and the shallow draft to discover where the tourists don't go. Greta - Comfort line handles easily enough that bareboat sailors gain confidence daily, yet demands attention enough to keep experienced skippers engaged.
