Boat charter in Martinique · Lagoon 42 in Martinique / Le Marin — “Estella” — (2019)

Le Marin's well-protected anchorage and position at Martinique's southern tip make it an ideal jumping-off point for island-hopping through the Windward Islands. Estella, a 2019 Lagoon 42, sits ready to carry eight guests across these warm waters, where consistent trade winds and short passages between islands reward both confident sailors and those new to bareboat chartering. Below deck, Estella's four cabins and matching bathrooms mean your group travels without compromise. The owner's cabin and guest cabins are thoughtfully arranged across the twin hulls, while the main saloon sits amidships where the design shines—wide sightlines from the window-wrapped cabin keep you connected to the sea while the galley sits within arm's reach. The catamaran's beam creates genuine headroom and a sense of space that feels generous after a day of sailing. On deck, the dual hulls reveal their advantage. At anchor, Estella sits rock-steady, transforming the cockpit into an open-air living room. The wide trampolines between the hulls offer perfect spots for swimming, sunbathing, or simply watching the water. Shallow draft means sandy bottoms and reef edges come within reach; you'll anchor where monohulls cannot follow. From Le Marin, a week's sailing loops naturally through Dominica, the Grenadines, and St. Lucia's protected anchorages, each day a manageable passage and each night spent in sheltered water.
