Bootscharter in Britische Jungferninseln · Leopard 50 in Tortola / Road Town / Wickhams Cay II Marina — “Moorings 5000-5 Crewed” — (2020)

Moorings 5000-5 Crewed sits at Wickhams Cay II Marina in Road Town, ideally placed for reaching the British Virgin Islands' most rewarding anchorages in a morning's sail. Built in 2020, this 50-foot Leopard catamaran accommodates ten guests across five cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom—a genuine advantage when space and privacy matter for extended weeks aboard. Living on two hulls transforms how you experience the boat. The wide, stable platform keeps the deck level at anchor, so morning coffee feels stationary rather than on a constant tilt. That shallow draft opens access to the smaller bays and beach anchorages where monohulls cannot venture. The forward trampolines become a true gathering place, while the saloon and cockpit flow naturally into one another, creating flexible space for groups and families to spread out without feeling cramped. Five bathrooms mean no queues and no compromise on comfort. The Leopard's beam gives you genuine motion comfort in any sea state—a quieter, less demanding ride than narrower designs. From Road Town, your week unfolds across the islands: day sails to Anegada's shallows, the Bight at Virgin Gorda, deeper anchorages around Jost Van Dyke. With a professional crew handling navigation, sail trim, and all the technical work, your group focuses simply on living well together in one of the Caribbean's most protected and scenic sailing grounds.
