Bootscharter in Spanien · Leopard 44 in Mallorca / Palma de Mallorca / La Lonja Marina Charter — “La Luna (Majorca)” — (2015)

La Luna (Majorca) sits at Palma's vibrant La Lonja Marina, steps from the cathedral and close enough to the open sea that you're exploring the Balearics within hours. This 2015 Leopard 44 sleeps 10 across six cabins with four bathrooms, making it straightforward to divide space among families or friends. The main saloon sits amidships, flooded with light from the twin-hull design's generous windows, while the cockpit stretches across the stern for helm work and social time. Two large trampolines between the bows give everyone a place to lounge and watch the water, and the foredeck feels protected rather than cramped. Two hulls change what cruising feels like. La Luna (Majorca) sits flat at anchor—no roll, no swing. The shallow draft means you reach small coves, sand banks, and beach anchorages that monohulls cannot access. In moderate seas, the stability makes dining and movement on deck feel natural rather than athletic. Four bathrooms for ten guests mean mornings run smoothly, and the cabin layout gives couples and families genuine privacy. From Palma, you're positioned for a week of real variety. Work south toward the pineclad coves of Mallorca's east coast, or head out to Ibiza and Formentera for different waters. Head north to Menorca's protected anchorages. The Leopard's twin Yarmars give you reliable engine range, while the roller-furling sail plan keeps things manageable for bareboat sailing across the Mediterranean.
