Bootscharter in Italien · Lagoon 440 in Naples / Darsena Acton — “Marlin” — (2009)

Naples as your departure point means stepping straight into one of the Mediterranean's richest cruising grounds. Marlin, a 2009 Lagoon 440, sits ready at Darsena Acton to unlock a week of sailing where ancient islands, hidden bays, and dramatic coastlines are within easy reach. From the Amalfi Coast's vertical villages to the crater-ringed island of Ischia, the Naples base puts you where the water turns from deep blue to turquoise within hours. The Lagoon 440's twin hulls define how eight guests actually live aboard. Four separate cabins and four bathrooms mean no queuing and genuine privacy—essential for families or groups sharing a week together. The wide saloon bridges both hulls with natural light and uninterrupted views, while the cockpit spreads across the stern wide enough for proper meals and evening gatherings. Between the hulls, the trampolines invite you to laze over crystalline water, and the foredeck offers a forward vantage that single-hulled boats cannot match. Two hulls do practical work here. At anchor in shallow bays near Capri or secluded coves along the coast, that shallow draft and inherent stability mean you hold position without drift and without the constant motion of a monohull. Eight people sharing deck space need room to breathe—the catamaran's beam gives you that, with space for lounging, swimming, and gear without anyone underfoot. Crewed charter means your skipper navigates the local winds and currents while you focus on the sailing itself and what lies beyond the rails.
