Bootscharter in Seychellen · Lagoon 42 in Eden Island / Mahe, Victoria / Eden Island Marina — “Blueskin” — (2019)

From Eden Island Marina in Mahe, Blueskin opens the Seychelles archipelago to bareboat sailors who value both space and stability. This Lagoon 42 catamaran carries ten guests across a cruising ground where 115 islands demand a shallow-draft vessel that won't compromise on comfort—and a catamaran delivers both. The twin hulls sit you level at anchor, eliminating the heel that monohulls impose, and let you access bays and beaches where deeper keels cannot venture. For families or friend groups, that stability matters as much as the extra deck space that a catamaran provides. Below decks, Blueskin arranges six separate cabins and four bathrooms across her 12.8-metre length, giving everyone their own retreat after a day on deck. The main saloon connects kitchen and dining space, while teak foredeck and trampolines offer natural lounging in sun or shade. From the cockpit, you command the boat with modern systems and an intuitive layout that confident bareboat sailors appreciate. A week based at Eden Island lets you set your own pace. Sail north to Praslin and La Digue with their granite formations and anchorages, or push further to the outer islands where few cruisers venture. The shallow draft means you reach anchorages others cannot, discovering coves with sand, reef access, and the quiet that the Seychelles are known for.
