Bootscharter in Dodecanese · Aura 51 in Rhodes New Marina — “Amante” — (2023)

From Rhodes New Marina, Amante opens a week of island-hopping through the Dodecanese at your own pace. This 2023 Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 carries ten guests across shallow bays and into secluded anchorages where larger monohulls cannot venture, while the catamaran's twin hulls keep everyone steady when you drop anchor for an afternoon swim or evening meal. Living aboard means five cabins and five bathrooms—one per cabin—so no one compromises on privacy or comfort. Cabins range from generous staterooms to cosy berths, all well-appointed. The saloon and galley form the boat's social heart, while the cockpit serves as your command centre and outdoor dining room. Wide side decks connect fore to aft, and the trampolines spanning between the hulls invite you to lounge with your feet trailing above the water. The foredeck provides a quiet spot to watch the Aegean unfold or simply read undisturbed. Catamaran hulls deliver what matters at sea: the wide beam creates genuine elbow room inside and out, reducing the seasickness some experience on narrow monohulls. Shallow draft means anchoring off sand and gravel beaches, not just deep harbours. Your crewed charter handles provisioning, navigation, and daily routines, leaving you free to explore. From Rhodes, you can reach Symi, Rodos's quieter coves, or venture further toward the Ionian islands—all within reach for a proper week under sail.
