Bootscharter in Britische Jungferninseln · Astréa 42 in Tortola / Road Town / Fort Burt Marina — “Love A Fayre” — (2020)

Based at Fort Burt Marina in Tortola, Love A Fayre puts six sailors within reach of the British Virgin Islands' most rewarding anchorages—The Baths, Jost Van Dyke, and Diamond Cay. From this strategic position, a bareboat week opens routes that suit both first-timers and seasoned captains: protected waters for learning the catamaran's handling, reef passages for confident sailors, and shallow bays where traditional monohulls simply cannot venture. The Fountaine Pajot Astréa 42 lives well at anchor. Three cabins and three bathrooms mean each couple or family sleeps and washes in privacy; the master cabin and ensuite occupy one hull, while two guest cabins with ensuites tuck into the other, leaving the central saloon as shared living space. Galley and navigation station sit within easy reach, and the generous cockpit flows onto wide side decks and trampolines that invite sunbathing, reading, or simply watching the anchorage settle at dusk. The shallow draft—a catamaran's practical advantage—lets you slip into those empty coves other boats bypass. Two hulls mean stability whether you're at rest or under sail. No excessive heel, no wasted energy fighting motion. The beam is generous enough for real onboard movement, spreading six people across sleeping space that feels roomy rather than crowded. For families or friends chartering together, this room and steadiness transform a week at sea from endurance into genuine comfort.
