Bootscharter in Brasilien · CatFlash 43 in Paraty / Marina Farol de Paraty — “Kanhka” — (2022)

Kanhka sits ready for bareboat charter at Marina Farol de Paraty, positioned perfectly to explore one of Brazil's most dramatic cruising grounds. From this base, you'll sail through the Paraty archipelago—a maze of granite islands, hidden anchorages, and emerald bays where the Serra da Bocaina mountains plunge straight into the sea. This 2022 CatFlash 43 sleeps eight across four cabins, each with its own bathroom. The layout spreads guests comfortably across two hulls, eliminating the crowded feel of monohull living. The saloon runs open to the cockpit, so time flows naturally from indoor shelter to outdoor deck space. Up forward, wide trampolines bridge the hulls and offer the best seat in the house—a perfect spot to watch the water or simply drift at anchor. The foredeck provides plenty of room to work sails or simply sprawl out and soak in the sun. Two hulls make all the difference here. Kanhka sits rock-steady at anchor in Paraty's exposed bays, where wind and swell would rock a traditional yacht uncomfortably. The shallow draft lets you nose into tight coves and beach approaches that monohulls cannot reach. For families or groups, the space between the hulls means everyone has room to breathe—no jostling for position on deck, no feeling trapped belowdecks. A week of bareboat sailing from Paraty takes you through protected waters that suit both confident sailors and those building their skills, with enough dramatic scenery and isolated anchorages to make every day feel like discovery.
