Lefkada's port sits at the gateway to the Ionian Islands, and IOANNA - GEN/AC+WATERMAKER puts you in the centre of week-long sailing that moves between protected bays and open-water runs. The Fountaine Pajot Astréa 42 built in 2025 carries 12 guests across four cabins and four bathrooms, so families and friend groups arrive with their own space rather than compromise. Life aboard spans both hulls: forward, the trampolines and foredeck give you room to spread out and move safely under sail, while the saloon and cockpit connect you to the water without feeling cramped. The cabin layout follows catamaran logic—wider, more liveable quarters than a comparable monohull, with bathrooms that don't serve as cupboards.

The twin hulls matter for how you anchor and explore. Stability at rest means you're not tilting into sleep or spilling drinks while you read on deck. Shallow draft opens coves and beaches that keeled yachts cannot reach, including the sandbars and lagoons scattered through the islands.
