Fethiye's turquoise bays and sheltered anchorages are made for a catamaran, and Kalevezi—an Excess 12 launched in 2022—exploits that advantage completely. Two hulls mean genuine stability when you drop anchor, a shallow draft that lets you nose into beaches and tight coves where monohulls cannot go, and the breadth to keep eight guests comfortable without feeling crowded.

Living aboard works well across four cabins, each with private bathroom and double berth. The saloon runs the full width of the boat, flowing naturally into the open cockpit where you'll spend most daylight hours. The trampolines that span between the bows give you forward space to sunbathe or watch the water, while the foredeck remains manageable for sail handling. At 11.74 metres, Kalevezi is built to handle herself in a breeze but remains straightforward to sail bareboat, with a genoa and mainsail that furl away.

A week from Fethiye reaches far. You can spend days in the Turquoise Coast's pine-backed anchorages, island-hop toward the Greek frontier, or explore Ekincik and the shallows around the Dalyan delta where deeper-drafted yachts cannot venture.
