Moored at Fethiye Sailing Club on Turkey's turquoise coast, Santi is a 2018 Lagoon 400 built to handle serious group sailing. With ten berths across six cabins and four bathrooms, she sleeps families and friend groups without the cramped compromises of monohulls. The wide beam between her twin hulls creates a saloon that feels like a proper living space, not a cabin, while the cockpit gives everyone room to move during passage and at anchor.

Life aboard revolves around the hulls' natural advantages. Anchored in the bays around Fethiye, Santi draws less than 1.2 metres, letting you reach Ölüdeniz lagoon, Butterfly Valley, and shallow anchorages most keelboats cannot access. That shallow draft also means confident holding without the security concerns of deeper-hulled yachts. The twin hull design soaks up motion better than comparable monohulls—important when ten people are aboard. The trampolines stretched between the bows give children and adults an open-air perch, while the foredeck remains uncluttered and safe.

From Fethiye, a week's sailing opens up Turkey's most protected waters. Head east past Gocek to the Greek islands, or west toward Dalyan's river anchorage and the pine-fringed bays beyond. Santi has the stability, space, and shallow draft to let you explore without hauling anchor every few hours. Whether you're after quiet swimming stops, remote village visits, or sailing between islands, the catamaran design delivers the comfort and access that make a week aboard feel effortless.
