Noleggio barca a Turchia · Lagoon 40 in Marmaris / Albatros Marina — “Shima” — (2023)

Marmaris is the natural gateway to Turkey's most protected anchorages and the Dodecanese, and Shima makes the most of it. This 2023 Lagoon 40 catamaran sleeps eight across four ensuite cabins, each with its own bathroom—a rare luxury that means no queuing and genuine privacy for everyone on board. The saloon connects directly to an expansive aft cockpit, creating one flowing entertaining space where you can keep an eye on the helm while guests relax under the Bimini, drinks in hand. What transforms a catamaran charter is the hull configuration itself. Shima's twin hulls sit shallow in the water—a 1.2-meter draft that lets you anchor in bays and approach beaches that exclude deeper monohulls entirely. That same width delivers stability that feels immediate: minimal heeling at anchor, no exaggerated movement in a swell, and a sense of confidence that suits families and mixed-ability groups. The trampolines strung between the hulls offer an entirely different vantage point for morning coffee or evening stargazing, while the generous foredeck gives you space to explore without feeling cramped. From Albatros Marina, a week's cruising opens onto Greece's Aegean islands and the quieter Turkish bays that define this coast. The Lagoon's responsive engines and manageable rig handle both the full-day passages and the slow drift into anchorages where exploration matters more than distance covered.
