The main saloon sits high enough to catch views while you move between the kitchen and dining area, and the cockpit is big enough for the whole crew to work or relax without getting in each other's way. Forward, the trampolines stretch across the bridging deck, a social spine where people naturally gather. The foredeck opens onto genuine space for sunbathing or just sitting with a book away from the action.

Two hulls change how a catamaran behaves. Salazar sits flat at anchor, barely heeling even in a blow, so sleeping and cooking feel stable and normal. The shallow 1.35-meter draft lets you nose into bays and anchor off beaches that deeper boats cannot reach—Mondello's turquoise shallows, the coves around the Egadi Islands, or quiet spots in the smaller harbours along Sicily's coast. Based in Palermo, Salazar reaches the Aeolian Islands, the Tyrrhenian coast, and the snorkeling grounds around the Egadi within a week's cruising.
