Najam plovila u Belize · Leopard 42 in Placencia — “Moorings 4200/3 Exclusive Plus” — (2026)

Placencia's position as Belize's gateway to shallow reefs and island anchorages makes it the perfect launch point for the Moorings 4200/3 Exclusive Plus. From this bustling fishing village, you can motor or sail north to the Cayes within hours, or work south toward Tobacco Range. The catamaran's 1.25-metre draught and wide 7.55-metre beam open up anchorages that deep-hulled monohulls cannot reach, letting you tuck into protected bays and beach in ways that define true Caribbean freedom. Living aboard works well for groups and families. Three cabins spread across the twin hulls mean no one feels cramped, while four ensuite bathrooms provide the privacy that matters on a week-long charter. The saloon sits central between the hulls, keeping everyone connected without forcing togetherness. Topside, the trampolines stretch the full foredeck width—a place to sunbathe, watch dolphins, or simply drift at anchor. The cockpit gives you steering comfort and social space at the same time. When the wind builds, the catamaran sits flat. When it dies, the twin diesels push you forward reliably. A week from Placencia lets you sample Belize's character. Dive the barrier reef on day two, anchor among mangroves on day four, and finish with calm-water sailing among the atolls. The Moorings 4200/3 Exclusive Plus is bareboat, so you choose the route. Fresh water and fuel capacity support genuine cruising distance, not just day-tripper range.
