Najam plovila u SE Asia · Lagoon 450 Fly in Koh Chang — “ArMarg” — (2015)

Koh Chang's sheltered bays and island-dotted coastline demand a boat that combines shallow draft with room for a full group, and the 2015 Lagoon 450 Fly catamaran ArMarg delivers both. Six separate cabins and four bathrooms mean everyone sleeps well and morning routines stay civil, even with 10 aboard. The saloon opens onto a generous cockpit where you can dine, navigate, or simply watch the water while the twin hulls keep you stable at anchor in the kind of light swell common to the Gulf of Thailand. What makes catamaran life different is how you actually inhabit the boat. The bridging space between the hulls—trampolines stretching forward to the foredeck—becomes your gathering point: kids splash in shallow anchorages while adults read or watch wildlife. Below deck, the twin-hull width means cabin berths run across rather than along the length, so sleeping feels like a proper bed, not a coffin. The two hulls also draw just 1.3 meters, opening access to mangrove-fringed coves and sandy beaches that deeper-hulled yachts cannot reach, crucial when exploring Thailand's protected marine parks. From Koh Chang, your bareboat charter reaches Koh Mak to the south, the remote islands of the Cambodian coast eastward, and northward toward Trat's limestone peaks. With four full bathrooms and space to anchor in comfort, ArMarg lets groups cruise for a week without feeling crowded, each day revealing another anchorage or snorkel site within reasonable sailing distance.
