Najam plovila u Britanski Djevičanski Otoci · Saba 50 in Tortola / Road Town / Fort Burt Marina — “Canis Majoris” — (2017)

Tortola's anchorages and reef-studded bays open beautifully to a 50-foot catamaran. Canis Majoris, a 2017 Fountaine Pajot Saba 50, draws less than five feet of water, letting you navigate shallow grounds where monohull competitors cannot venture. The twin hulls sit stable at anchor—no swinging, no rolling in a swell—so groups and families settle into genuine comfort, whether at Anegada's remote sandbars or the crowded charm of Jost Van Dyke. Six cabins and six ensuite bathrooms mean no queuing. Each cabin provides a proper bed and privacy, while the saloon spans the full beam between the hulls, creating a social heart with real headroom and natural light. The cockpit works as a second living room, shaded and open to the breeze. Teak trampolines stretch forward from cabin to bows—a genuine sunbathing platform most sailing yachts lack—and the wide foredeck invites movement without claustrophobia. At 14.98 metres and configured for twelve guests, Canis Majoris suits extended family charters or two couples who want space to breathe. Bareboat sailing from Fort Burt Marina puts you within hours of the Dogs, the Tobago Cays, and the Sir Francis Drake Channel's protected passages. A week aboard opens access to anchorages deep in the Virgin Islands where few tourists venture and the sailing remains reliable and forgiving.
