Najam plovila u Athens / Saronic Gulf · Astréa 42 in Porto Cheli — “ION” — (2021)

Porto Cheli's sheltered waters make it an ideal launch point for exploring the Saronic Gulf, and ION—a 2021 Fountaine Pajot Astréa 42—is built precisely for this kind of island-hopping adventure. With six cabins and five bathrooms, she sleeps ten guests in genuine comfort, whether you're chartering with family or bringing two groups of friends together. The layout spreads living space across both hulls: each side has its own cabin cluster, so guests enjoy privacy while remaining connected through the central saloon. Topside, the catamaran philosophy reveals itself immediately. The twin hulls mean real stability at anchor—no rolling when the wind picks up—and a shallow draft that opens shallow bays and sandy beaches unreachable by monohulls. The trampolines strung between the bows create a rare floating lounge where you can trail your fingers in the sea, while the foredeck and expansive cockpit provide multiple spots to sunbathe, dine, and watch the light change over the islands. Below, the galley and saloon form the gathering heart of any cruise, with natural light flooding through generous windows. From Porto Cheli, a bareboat week lets you thread between Hydra, Spetses, and the Peloponnese mainland, anchoring in quieter spots that larger charter fleets can't reach. The Astréa 42's responsive handling and modern systems make ION accessible to confident skippers, while the extra space and layout reward groups that want to do their own cooking and live aboard for days without feeling crowded.
