Najam plovila u Sejšeli · DH 550 in Eden Island / Mahe, Victoria / Eden Island Marina — “Valerie” — (2019)

From Eden Island Marina, Valerie sits ready to unlock a week among the Seychelles' granite peaks and turquoise shallows. This 2019 DH 550 is built for groups and families who want real space without compromise—ten berths spread across five cabins, each with its own en suite bathroom, so everyone boards as an equal rather than a guest squeezed in. The twin hulls make this possible. Their shallow draft opens anchorages that monohulls cannot reach, letting you nose into bays, sand banks, and protected spots around Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue. That same beam creates a deck that feels like a private resort: wide trampolines for sunbathing, a foredeck spacious enough for morning coffee, and a saloon that becomes the heart of the group without anyone feeling cramped. The cockpit sits high and comfortable, forward-facing and sheltered. Below, the cabins are cabin-shaped, not cupboards, and the four bathrooms mean no morning queues. Bareboat means the boat is yours. Valerie's solid build and straightforward systems make her accessible to confident sailors. Her length—16.75 metres—offers enough scale to feel substantial when anchored, yet she's nimble enough to slip between islands and thread through reef gaps. The Seychelles from here is not a postcard but a living possibility: drift-dive walls, empty island anchorages, and the kind of sailing that justifies booking a week in the first place.
