Kaštel Gomilica is a short hop from the islands of the Kaštela Bay, and DESSUS, a 2022 Sunreef 60, is based a few minutes from the open water at Marina Kaštela. At 18.30 metres she sleeps eight guests in four cabins, each with its own bathroom, so the group keeps its privacy without anyone queuing for the shower. The saloon and cockpit work as one living space: meals are served at the table, the sofas fold into easy conversation areas, and the aft cockpit becomes the place to sit out a sunset. Forward, the trampolines and foredeck offer a quiet spot for reading or a swim before breakfast.

Two hulls explain much of what makes this kind of boat comfortable. A catamaran sits level at anchor, so the cabins stay calm when the wind shifts overnight. Her shallow draft lets her slip into bays and sheltered beaches that a monohull of similar length would have to stay out of. The wide beam also gives a group or a family the room to spread out, with proper social space as well as sleeping space.

A week on DESSUS can be planned around the anchorage rather than the marina. Crewed charter means the skipper and crew handle the route, the mooring and the daily schedule, while the guests decide when to swim, when to go ashore and when to stay put. From Kaštel Gomilica the Kaštela coast, the Split area and the islands beyond are all within reach for a week of changing anchorages.
