APA - (Including Fuel) The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid budget typically around 30% of the charter fee, designed to ensure a seamless and fully personalized experience on board. It covers all running expenses of your trip, including fuel, marina fees, and your preferred provisions (food, beverages, and any special requests), as well as occasional local or transportation costs. This amount remains entirely yours and is carefully managed by the Captain, who will keep transparent records and provide updates at any time. At the end of your charter, any unused balance is returned to you, while any additional expenses can be settled with ease.
