Location de bateau a Bahamas · Leopard 50 in New Providence / Nassau / Palm Cay One Marina — “Moorings 5000-6 Club” — (2022)

From Nassau's Palm Cay One Marina, the Moorings 5000-6 Club reaches the Exuma Cays in hours—a 2022 Leopard 50 built to handle groups and families through shallow island waters and open ocean alike. Twelve guests spread across six cabins and five bathrooms means everyone gets privacy without sacrifice; the layout flows naturally from bow cabins to the full-width saloon, with the galley positioned to keep the cook social rather than isolated. Teak details and natural light give the interior a sense of room that belies the boat's working efficiency. The dual-hull design does the real work here. Twin hulls create a wide, stable platform that holds position at anchor without swinging, perfect for families with children or anyone who values a steady deck. That 1.35-meter draft opens anchorages that monohulls cannot reach—white-sand bays around Thunderball Grotto, the shallows off Compass Cay, the protected waters where tourists never venture. On deck, wide trampolines between the hulls become a second living room in good weather, while the foredeck sunpads offer quiet refuge at sunset. The saloon and cockpit flow together as one entertaining space, practical for groups without feeling cramped. This is bareboat sailing for people who want genuine freedom. Two Yanmar engines provide reliability for motoring through calms or beating to windward, while modern navigation systems keep you confident in the Bahamas' variable conditions. A week from here reaches multiple islands and anchor spots that justify chartering this size—you're not tied to resort schedules, and your group stays together.
