Preveza Main Port opens onto the northern Ionian Islands—shallow turquoise bays, weathered fishing villages, and anchorages where you can drop hook in sandy bottoms and watch dolphins pass. Aurora, a 2021 Lagoon 42, was built to make the most of what lies beyond that Greek gateway. Twelve guests spread across five cabins and five bathrooms means no compromises on space or privacy, whether you're sailing with family, friends, or a mix of both.

The catamaran's twin hulls do real work here. That shallow draft lets you nose into protected coves and beach approaches that monohulls can't reach. The broad beam locks you steady at anchor, so drinks stay level and children sleep through the night. Onboard, the saloon sits high between the hulls, giving sight lines across water from every seat. The forward trampolines and open foredeck become your living room once the sun drops. Cabins tuck into each hull; bathrooms are scattered where they belong, not shared through a single corridor.

The galley and saloon flow together, bright enough to work through rough weather or linger through long lunches ashore. Two Yanmar engines and a good sail plan handle the variable winds of the season. From Preveza, you'll reach Meganíssi by lunchtime, then Kastos, Kalamos, or further into the Ionian within days. Aurora gives you the stability, draft, and comfort to explore methodically rather than rush.
