Paros is your launchpad into the Cyclades' best anchorages, and Wind Whisper—a 2020 Lagoon 42—gives you the platform to reach them. Ten guests spread across six cabins and five bathrooms means families and friend groups can actually have privacy and space. Below deck, the twin-hull design opens up a saloon you can move through without ducking, with a galley tucked efficiently between the hulls and cabins radiating outward where the beam is widest. Each cabin feels roomy; the bathrooms are properly equipped and numerous enough that mornings run smoothly even with a full party.

Up top, the wide bridge deck connects both hulls without the cramped feel of a monohull. The cockpit is your command centre—clear sightlines, easy helm access, and enough deck space to manage sail changes without chaos. The trampolines net between the bows are where you'll spend afternoons, shaded and social, with water just metres below. The shallow draft that comes with two hulls means you anchor confidently in 1.5 metres where single-hulled boats would swing nervously. It also opens Paros' smaller beaches and the shallow bays tucked behind islands—spots most bareboat charters can't reach.

From Paros, a week's cruising covers Naxos, Antiparos, Despotiko, and westward to Sifnos. The catamaran's stability at anchor takes the edge off longer days under sail, and you'll burn less fuel getting between islands than a comparable monohull, meaning more time swimming and exploring.
