Lavrion's Olympic Marina puts you ten minutes from open water and Greece's richest anchorages—the Argo-Saronic islands, the Peloponnese coast, and deeper Aegean routes all lie within a week's reach. Carpe Vitam, a 2021 Fountaine Pajot Isla 40, is built to make that geography work for groups and families who want both space and stability. Three cabins sleep eight across two hulls, each with its own bathroom nearby. The saloon sits between the twin engines, light and open, while the cockpit behind gives you steering and sail controls within arm's reach of where guests gather. Up forward, the trampolines stretch wide between the bows—a place to read, watch the water, or let children play safely while you navigate.

Two hulls change how a catamaran behaves. Carpe Vitam's shallow 1.1-meter draft means you anchor where monohulls cannot: beside sand banks, in protected coves, close to beaches where the seabed rises suddenly. That same width—6.5 meters across—locks you steady at anchor in moderate wind, without the roll that exhausts crews. There is no fighting the boat; there is space to live comfortably for days without moving.

The Isla 40's deck layout works for eight people. You sleep separate, eat together, and never feel cramped. From Lavrion you cruise island to island, dropping anchor in places the guidebooks mention quietly, returning each evening to a boat that feels like home.

	                                	To offer your client full peace of mind, our insurance provider offers a Charter Deposit Insurance option for a non-refundable fee of €280. This ensures that the full deposit will be refunded to the client, even in case of accidental damage.

 

Here’s how it works:

• The €280 fee is paid by Visa/Mastercard via a secure link directly to our insurance provider during Check-In.

• The client still leaves the full deposit at the base upon check-in.

• If any accidental damage or equipment loss occurs, the cost is deducted from the deposit.

• That amount is then reimbursed by the insurance provider, so the client ultimately bears no financial loss.

 

The insurance covers the yacht, the dinghy and outboard engine. However, please note that it does not cover other equipment or any toys (like seabobs, SUPs, etc.) that are added as extra options.: €280 (optionnel)
