Location de bateau a Espagne · Isla 40 in Mallorca / Can Pastilla / Club Maritimo San Antonio De La Playa — “Laja” — (2023)

Based at Club Maritimo San Antonio De La Playa in Can Pastilla, Laja sits ready to take your group into Mallorca's sheltered bays and across to the Balearic Islands. This 2023 Fountaine Pajot Isla 40 handles the twin-hull way of life: stability that lets you sleep soundly at anchor, a shallow draft that reaches beaches monohulls cannot, and the interior space that five cabins and two bathrooms deliver for up to 11 guests. Living aboard means five separate cabins arranged across two hulls, so different groups can find their rhythm without crowding. The twin bathrooms keep mornings civilized. The saloon sits between the hulls, naturally lit and ventilated, flowing into a generous cockpit where you'll spend most of your day. Forward, the wide trampolines and foredeck give you room to move, sunbathe, or simply watch the water pass below your feet. From Can Pastilla, a week's cruising opens up the pine-backed coves of Mallorca's east coast, the limestone cliffs and quiet anchorages of nearby islands, or crossings to Menorca's turquoise shallows. The Isla 40's twin hulls make these waters genuinely manageable—no heeling, no drama, just stability and the space to actually enjoy yourself afloat. Bareboat sailing means Laja is yours to command, and her proven design handles the work so you handle the freedom.
