Location de bateau a Grèce · Astréa 42 in Preveza Main Port — “Bellmar” — (2024)

From Preveza's main port, Bellmar launches you into the Ionian's protected island-dotted waters—shallow enough to anchor off white-sand beaches, deep enough for confident sailing year-round. The Fountaine Pajot Astréa 42 is built for groups and families who need real space without sacrificing seaworthiness. Ten guests spread across six cabins and five bathrooms means genuine privacy, not tight compromises. Each hull carries weight independently, so the boat sits flat at anchor without fidgeting, and that shallow draft opens coves and bays where monohulls simply cannot venture. Living aboard works because the beam is generous. The saloon feels open, not cramped—natural light reaches into the galley, and headroom doesn't force you to crouch between deck and cabin sole. The cockpit wraps around both sides, so watch duty shares the view with socializing. The trampolines net between the bows, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reading, while the foredeck stays usable even under sail, with good handholds and a sweep that catches wind and spray without drama. A week from Preveza means Lefkada's limestone cliffs one day, Meganisi's quiet anchorages the next, then south toward Ithaca and Kefalonia. The catamaran's twin engines handle light winds and narrow channels, but Bellmar sails like a proper cruiser when the breeze fills. She's straightforward to handle—ideal for bareboat captains confident in their skills but wanting a boat that responds to good seamanship rather than fighting it.
