Alquiler de barco en Dodecanese · Isla 40 in Rhodes New Marina — “Prodigy” — (2022)

Based at Rhodes New Marina, Prodigy opens up a week of island-hopping through the Dodecanese, where shallow bays and protected anchorages reward a twin-hulled design. The Fountaine Pajot Isla 40's catamaran form gives you stability at anchor without drama—important when you're sleeping soundly between swims—and a shallow draft that lets you tuck into coves and beaches where monohulls cannot reach. Below deck, five cabins and four bathrooms spread comfort across 11 berths. The layout flows from guest cabins to the central saloon and galley, where everyone congregates naturally. Stairs lead up to the open cockpit; forward, the wide trampolines bridge the two hulls, offering a social platform to watch dolphins or read while anchored. The foredeck is genuinely useful for handling sails and fenders, not squeezed in as an afterthought. For bareboat sailing, Prodigy delivers essentials without fuss: furling sails make reefing intuitive, dual Yanmar engines give you power when the wind drops, and the beam of the catamaran means your group spreads out rather than huddles. Whether you're a family seeking space or friends after a vessel that sails flat and moors easily, the twin hulls translate into the practical comfort that matters on the water—more room to live, less motion underfoot, more beaches to explore.
