Boat charter in West Coast Central America · Power Catamaran in Baltra — “Endemic - Cabin 8” — (2018)

Based at Baltra, Endemic - Cabin 8 puts you within reach of the northern Galápagos' most rewarding anchorages. This 35-meter power catamaran was built in 2018 specifically for small-group island cruising, and its twin-hull design makes that mission real: the shallow draft lets you approach beaches and protected bays where single-hulled boats cannot, while the wide beam keeps you stable at anchor during calm evenings and when wildlife draws crowds to the rails. Inside, the cabin layout prioritizes comfort over cramped quarters. You get a private cabin with an en-suite bathroom, plus a saloon where you can retreat when weather turns or when you simply want to decompress between shore days. The cockpit and foredeck spaces are where the catamaran earns its keep—multiple sightlines for wildlife photography, trampolines that catch the breeze on passage, and an open design that keeps you connected to the ocean and islands around you. A week's charter from Baltra opens the route north to Isabela, Fernandina, and Genovesa. You'll anchor in anchorages where the boat's stable platform and shallow draft become genuine advantages, not marketing points. Endemic - Cabin 8 pairs the reliability of proven power systems with the working reality of a catamaran's load-carrying capacity, giving you and your crew or family a floating base that responds to how you actually want to explore.
