Boat charter in Italy · Leopard 45 in Sardinia / Cannigione — “Moorings 4500L Club” — (2022)

Based in Cannigione, the Moorings 4500L Club puts you within easy reach of Sardinia's granite-rimmed northern coast and the Maddalena Islands. This 2022 Leopard 45 sleeps ten guests across five cabins and four bathrooms, so groups and families can spread out without feeling cramped. Each cabin has its own head, which matters when you're sharing a boat for a week. The catamaran's twin hulls give you real advantages afloat. At anchor, the wide beam keeps the boat level and stable even in choppy conditions, so you're not rolling through the night. The shallow 1.35-meter draft lets you explore coves and sandy bays where monohulls simply can't go—think secret anchorages tucked into limestone cliffs. The bridged deck between the hulls creates a saloon and cockpit that feel spacious and open, while the netted trampolines on the foredeck offer a rare vantage point for watching the water ahead. From this base, a week's cruising might take you north to the emerald bays around Bonifacio, east toward the Tyrrhenian coast, or island-hopping through protected waters where you'll anchor in clear water steps from white sand. The Leopard 45's design combines seaworthiness with enough interior volume that living aboard feels comfortable, not just functional. Twin engines give you redundancy and reliable thrust when the wind drops, so you're never waiting for conditions that might not come.
