## About this Catamaran

Athens puts you within hours of Greece's most storied islands, and CATALEYA makes every day count. This 2021 Lagoon 46 combines the practical advantages of twin hulls with room enough for 11 guests across four cabins and four bathrooms, making it equally suited to families wanting separation or groups of friends seeking shared adventure.

Living aboard is straightforward. The two hulls mean exceptional stability whether you're anchored or underway—no constant rocking, just a comfortable platform for relaxation. Four separate cabins give everyone privacy after days spent together in the saloon, which spans the bridge deck between the hulls and opens to a cockpit designed for both sailing and socialising. The trampoline nets between the bows catch sea breezes and offer a perspective few monohull sailors experience; the foredeck remains safe and accessible for handling lines or simply taking in the view.

The shallow 1.25-metre draft is CATALEYA's real advantage. You'll anchor in clear water off Hydra or Spetses where deep-draft yachts cannot go, and beach the boat in bays most vessels avoid. From Alimos Marina, a week's bareboat charter opens access to the Saronic Gulf's sheltered routes, with the Cyclades within reach for those seeking longer passages. The dual engines and generous tankage mean you're never waiting for wind or rushing back to refuel. Whether you're exploring narrow channels, anchoring off whitewashed villages, or simply drifting, the catamaran design delivers the freedom to sail Greece on your own terms.

The permanent disembarkation of passengers who boarded during the journey is prohibited if it exceeds seventy-five per cent (75%) of the number of additional passengers.
The crew change policy outlined specifies that a crew change during a charter is permissible up to 75%. If the change exceeds this threshold, it necessitates the issuance of a new charter contract, which must be processed through one of Athenian’s bases due to the requirement for new procedures with port authorities.
The fees associated with crew changes are set at €120, which covers water, electricity, and marina fees/services across all bases.
For crew changes of less than 75%, an additional term can be added to the existing charter contract, allowing the process to avoid the need to visit any Athenian base for port procedures.

If a new skipper is introduced, an extra charge ranging from €135 to €425 (for check-in/out fee) will apply, depending on the boat's size.
