Boat charter in Greece · Lagoon 43 in Lefkada / Port of Lefkas — “Why not 21” — (2025)

Lefkada's position at the gateway to the Ionian islands makes it the ideal launch point for Why not 21, a Lagoon 43 catamaran that reaches twelve guests across four separate cabins. Each cabin has its own bathroom, a layout that transforms group sailing from compromise into genuine comfort. The dual-hull design gives you shallow water access—drawing just 1.2 meters—so you can anchor off sandy beaches and quiet bays where monohulls cannot follow. That same twin-hull stability means you'll rest soundly at anchor, even when the Ionian breeze picks up. Life aboard revolves around the generous saloon, where natural light floods through large windows as you plan each day's sail. The cockpit spans both hulls, offering helm stations and lounging areas that take full advantage of the catamaran's seven-meter beam. Forward, the trampoline nets and foredeck provide spaces to relax in the sun, watch the water slip beneath you, or simply sit as a group without crowding. Four bathrooms eliminate morning queues, and the galley sits central to the saloon, keeping the cook connected to social life rather than isolated. From Lefkada, a week's cruise sweeps you through the Ionian's scattered islands. You might anchor off Meganisi, explore Kalamos's sheltered coves, or push toward Kefalonia. The Lagoon 43's shallow draft opens anchorages unavailable to deeper vessels, giving you genuine choice about where to spend each night.
