Boat charter in Greece · Aura 51 in Athens / Alimos Marina — “Penny Lane - Green Wave” — (2025)

Penny Lane - Green Wave sits ready at Alimos Marina just outside Athens, positioning you perfectly for a week exploring the Aegean's greatest hits. Whether you're drawn to the Cyclades' iconic whitewashed villages, the quieter anchorages of the Sporades, or the wine-dark waters between mainland and islands, this 2025 Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 gives you the platform to move freely and anchor comfortably wherever the week takes you. Living aboard a catamaran fundamentally changes how a group experiences time together. Seven cabins and seven ensuite bathrooms mean twelve guests get genuine privacy and dignity—rare on any bareboat. The twin hulls keep the boat steady at anchor, so you're not rolling while eating dinner or sleeping. That shallow draft opens access to the sandy beaches and smaller harbors where monohulls can't venture, and the trampolines and spacious foredeck become genuine outdoor living areas, not just decorative features. The saloon and cockpit flow together naturally, making it easy to stay connected whether you're sheltering from sun or gathering to watch the sunset. The Aura 51's design balances what makes catamarans genuinely better—stability, space, and the ability to sail in light winds—without the compromises that trip up larger groups. Two hulls and a 15.54-meter length give you a boat that handles the open Aegean with confidence but remains manageable as a bareboat. Modern sail systems mean whether your crew is experienced sailors or discovering sailing this week, you can make real progress under canvas or motor efficiently to your next anchorage.
