This 2022 Excess 11 catamaran carries eight guests across those sheltered waters with the stability and shallow draft that make catamarans the sensible choice for groups and families. Two hulls mean minimal heel at anchor, no rolling in the swell, and access to anchorages deeper keelboats cannot reach.

Living aboard divides naturally between four cabins and two bathrooms, arranged across both hulls so privacy doesn't feel cramped. The saloon sits between the hulls, flooded with light and opening onto a cockpit wide enough for everyone to gather without jostling. Trampolines stretch between the bows—a genuine draw for children and anyone wanting to float above the water. The foredeck offers a second living room, social and airy.
