Boat charter in Italy · Bali 4.4 in Sardinia / Portisco / Marina di Portisco — “Cio” — (2024)

From Marina di Portisco, Cio puts you within immediate reach of Sardinia's best cruising grounds—the Costa Smeralda, the Maddalena Islands, and countless quiet anchorages that reveal why this region defines Mediterranean sailing. As a 2024 Bali 4.4, this 13.75-metre catamaran delivers the layout and stability that make multi-day exploration genuinely relaxed rather than squeezed. Living aboard means four separate cabins, each with its own bathroom, so privacy and comfort don't have to be negotiated. The saloon flows into the cockpit without fuss, creating a single social hub for cooking, dining, and watching the coast. Above deck, twin trampolines bridge the bows and give you a place to stretch out between swims; the foredeck provides natural gathering space without feeling cramped. Two hulls accomplish what one cannot: they hold Cio steady at anchor in light airs and shallow water, they let you slip into bays and approach beaches where other boats cannot go, and they distribute nine guests across genuine living space rather than volume alone. The layout works as well for families rotating through cabins as it does for groups who value both togetherness and escape. Each day, you decide whether to push further down the coast or drop anchor and stay put. That freedom—knowing your boat is stable, your rooms are private, and your base gives you options—is what makes a week here stick with you.
