Boat charter in Greece · Bali 4.1 in Volos / Port of Volos — “Iris” — (2019)

Sailing from Volos opens a world of ancient ports and island anchorages across the northern Aegean—and Iris, a 2019 Bali 4.1 catamaran, is built to make the most of it. At 12.1 meters with a distinctive dual-hull design, she feels spacious and stable at anchor, crucial when you're settling in for a peaceful evening in a quiet bay. Her shallow 1.35-meter draft means your crewed charter can reach sandy beaches and hidden coves that monohull yachts simply cannot access, expanding your week's itinerary beyond the obvious. Living aboard works seamlessly across eight guests. Four separate cabins with three full bathrooms eliminate the usual cabin-share compromises—families and groups get genuine privacy. The saloon serves as your social hub, with the adjacent galley handling meals while everyone relaxes in the air-conditioned comfort. Step outside and the catamaran's real advantage becomes obvious: the trampolines strung between the hulls offer sun-soaked lounging, while the expansive foredeck provides space to gather without crowding. The cockpit is designed for easy movement, whether your skipper is managing sails or you're settling in for sundowner drinks. From Volos, your week unfolds across the Sporades and beyond—Skiathos, Skopelos, and the quieter islands where fewer charter boats venture. The catamaran's twin hulls deliver stability in any sea state and the beam to anchor comfortably without feeling cramped. Your crewed team handles navigation and sailing, leaving you to focus on swimming, exploring, and simply being present in one of Greece's most rewarding sailing grounds.
