Ενοικίαση σκάφους στο Ισπανία · Lucia 40 in Ibiza / Marina Port Ibiza — “Papaya” — (2018)

Ibiza's clear waters and island-hopping routes are best explored from a boat that can anchor shallow and sleep a full group. Papaya, a 2018 Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40, does both brilliantly. At just 1.2 meters draft, she reaches the sandy bays and tight coves that deeper-hulled yachts cannot—perfect for sneaking into Formentera's secret spots or anchoring off the limestone cliffs of Es Vedrà. Her twin hulls create a platform so stable you'll barely feel the swell, while the 7.45-meter beam means real room to sprawl across four cabins, each with its own bathroom. Ten guests fit without feeling cramped. Moving around Papaya reveals the catamaran advantage at every turn. Below, the four en-suite cabins and saloon spread across twin hulls with a lightness you don't get in single-hulled boats. Above deck, the wide trampolines between the bows turn sunbathing into an event, while the cockpit and foredeck give you endless spots to sit, watch the horizon, or run drinks to friends. The saloon opens through large windows to the sea, so even when you're inside you're part of the view. From Marina Port Ibiza, a week's sailing loops through the Balearics with purpose. You'll cross to Formentera in two hours, drop into protected anchorages, explore San Antonio's bay, and still have time for the smaller islands. The Lucia 40 handles easily under motor or sail, so whether you're bareboat skippers or experienced hands, Papaya moves between islands the way they're meant to be discovered: slowly enough to notice everything, steadily enough to arrive refreshed.
