Bootscharter in Italien · New 44 in Procida / Marina di Procida — “Chora” — (2026)

Procida's Marina di Procida gives Chora an ideal launch point for exploring the Bay of Naples—you're minutes from Capri's limestone cliffs, the volcanic slopes of Ischia, and the colorful harbour villages that line this storied coast. A week of bareboat sailing opens up everything from the Emerald Grotto to hidden anchorages where the water runs shallow and clear, places a monohull simply cannot reach. Living aboard this 44-foot New catamaran means four separate cabins with four ensuite bathrooms, so eight guests enjoy genuine privacy and comfort. The layout spreads across two hulls: each side has its own berths and facilities, while the saloon and galley run the full width between them, creating an open, light-filled social space. The cockpit is the heart of everyday life—sheltered, spacious, and the natural gathering spot for morning coffee or evening aperitivos. Above, the trampolines and foredeck offer sun lounging and forward views, a rare luxury on smaller boats. Two hulls matter at anchor. You sit rock-steady in any breeze, no rolling, no tension on the chain. That shallow draft—typical of catamaran design—means you can anchor in bays and approach beaches where deeper-keeled boats cannot go. The wide beam gives you interior headroom and cabin volume that feels generous, not cramped. For families or friends sharing a week at sea, the space and stability transform how you experience the boat. Chora isn't just a floating cabin; she's a stable, comfortable base from which to explore.
